Heather’s going to Europe!

Mel couldn’t get rid of her ticket, so she and Devon decided I should go. Mel figured I’d say no, as did I, but then I thought, why the hell not? They presented a good case.

So, I’m leaving for Glasgow Thursday morning, returning Friday, August 11th. Maybe. My flight back lands in Calgary, where I have family, so I’m kinda playing that by ear.

The only bad thing is the job. I’m going, and that’s that. But, I have no more vacation time, so I’m not sure if they’re going to fire me or make me take it w/out pay or what. Oh, well. I’ll heal my wounds w/ the balm of BEING IN F-ING SCOTLAND!

Anyway, I’ll keep in touch via blog and email.
